Our Mission

The Bar Guys are dedicated to providing the best event staffing experience all across Vancouver and the surrounding area through our talented Experience Team. At The Bar Guys, we value your guests just as much as we value you!

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Bar Guys believe that hiring a bartender or server for your event shouldn’t just be about the level of skill a company has to offer, it should be about the level of experience it is willing to provide to your valued guests. That’s why we, at The Bar Guys, don’t just have a roster of bartenders and servers to fill your event needs, we have an Experience Team to make your special event even more memorable!

Our Experience Team are not randomly picked from a crowd. We observe talent and character alike to ensure each bartender and server has what it takes to be complete your event experience. In fact, each bartender and server is trained on a regular basis to be able to deliver the same level of service and experience to your guests. We trust our team so much that we refer to them as Experience Partners because they are the core of The Bar Guys family.

OUR EXPERIENCE TEAM

Our Experience Team consists of bartenders and servers carefully vetted based on talent and character.
We believe that having the ability and experience to bartend or serve is simply not enough. We want more than that. We want the right character to be able to truly call each of our event bartenders and servers an Experience Partner. After all, you need to have character to be able to deliver a memorable experience.We pride ourselves in ensuring that our Experience Team can deliver the same standard of, well, experience! That’s why we hold regular training sessions with all of our Experience Partners in order to deliver our special promise.Apart from talent and character, The Bar Guys only accepts applicants aged 19 and over in order to legally and collaboratively work with our bartenders in serving alcohol. But wait, there’s more! Each of our Experience Partners hold a valid Serving It Right license or equivalent to adequately serve your guests.

He always responded immediately or within a reasonable time. The setup went quite smoothly and quickly. They made specialized drinks such as espresso martinis and hibiscus margaritas. Staff was friendly.

My only regret is that I didn’t drink MORE because I was too busy trying to make our event was running smoothly. I’d definitely hire them again for future events.

Super chill team, fast service, drinks were great and they handled everything without us having to worry about anything. Our guests loved them and kept talking about how good the bartenders were. They showed up at 1:00pm to our venue and prepped the bar service. From building the bar to bringing all of the inventory. The greatest part was they took care of the special event permit. Which took so much stress off my shoulders. They made aperol spritz and French 75 for our cocktail hour. Transitioned into the evening and kept the party going. There price point is a little higher. But we weren't looking for a budget bar service. The bar guys really gave us the experience and value we were looking for. Not once I had to go to the bar. The bar lead Linden personally made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire night, brought me bottles of water and made sure I was hydrated. They kept the space clean. What I've learned is to ask questions. Brendon made me feel comfortable with the service we paid for. Pick the bar guys. They'll make sure you have a stress free event.
