Everything Handled

Full-Service Birthday Bar, From Setup To Last Call

A birthday party bar involves more logistics than most people expect until they’re in the middle of planning one. Who’s buying the alcohol? Who’s setting up the bar? Who’s making sure guests are served responsibly? Who cleans up at the end?

The Bar Guys handle every one of those questions. Your package includes certified bartenders and servers from the Experience Team, every one of them holds a valid Serving It Right certification and is personally vetted by Brendon Sharma. We bring the portable bar, all equipment, ice, sodas, juices, garnishes and mixers. We handle liquor purchase and delivery so you don’t have to make a single trip to the liquor store.

We offer full-service packages only, no bartender-only bookings. Every birthday we work is set up, staffed, and broken down to the same standard.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired The Bar Guys for our baby shower and we were extremely satisfied with the service! Communication with Brendon was easy. He always responded immediately or within a reasonable time. The setup went quite smoothly and quickly. They made specialized drinks such as espresso martinis and hibiscus margaritas. Staff was friendly.

My only regret is that I didn’t drink MORE because I was too busy trying to make our event was running smoothly. I’d definitely hire them again for future events.

Special shout out to Lindon, he made sure my wife and I never had an empty drink in hand. Our guests also loved every one of the bartenders that night. Would highly recommend them for your event.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Booked The Bar Guys for our event and they were sick. Super chill team, fast service, drinks were great and they handled everything without us having to worry about anything. Our guests loved them and kept talking about how good the bartenders were. They brought a really good vibe and made the night run way smoother. Definitely recommend them if you want bartenders that are actually fun and know what they’re doing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a reception and The Bar Guys were our bartenders for the evening. They showed up at 1:00pm to our venue and prepped the bar service. From building the bar to bringing all of the inventory. The greatest part was they took care of the special event permit. Which took so much stress off my shoulders. They made aperol spritz and French 75 for our cocktail hour. Transitioned into the evening and kept the party going. There price point is a little higher. But we weren't looking for a budget bar service. The bar guys really gave us the experience and value we were looking for. Not once I had to go to the bar. The bar lead Linden personally made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire night, brought me bottles of water and made sure I was hydrated. They kept the space clean. What I've learned is to ask questions. Brendon made me feel comfortable with the service we paid for. Pick the bar guys. They'll make sure you have a stress free event.
