We offer full-service packages only, no labour-only or bartender-only bookings, because a great bar experience isn’t just about who’s behind the counter. Here’s what’s covered as standard so you don’t have to coordinate five different vendors before your event.

Certified Bartenders & Servers

Every member of the Experience Team holds a valid Serving It Right certification and is personally vetted by Brendon Sharma before joining the roster.

Portable Bar Setup

Ice well, large surface area, bar wrap and full storage. Looks the part in a banquet hall and works just as well in a backyard.

Bar Equipment & Supplies

Glassware or cups, bar tools, ice, sodas, juices, garnishes and mixers. Nothing gets forgotten on the day.

Liquor Delivery

We make the process simple by taking care of the alcohol logistics for you, from selecting and purchasing your drinks to having everything delivered and ready for your event.

Custom Cocktail Menu

Signature cocktails, classics, seasonal options, or a custom menu designed around your event. A printed menu card comes with it.

Set-Up & Takedown

We arrive early, build the bar, prep everything, and take it all down at the end. You won’t lift a finger.

Weddings are our most-booked event type, and for good reason. A wedding bar isn’t just a drinks station, it’s where your guests gather between dances, where toasts happen, where the night takes shape.

The Bar Guys have been the bar service of choice at venues across Greater Vancouver including The Gallery by Pavilion, banquet halls, private estates, outdoor ceremonies and waterfront venues. We work directly with your wedding coordinator and arrive early enough that the bar is fully set up before your first guests walk in.

Corporate Event Bar Service

Corporate events have a different standard. Your guests are colleagues, clients and partners, and the bar reflects on your company as much as the venue does.

The Bar Guys have provided bar service for business conferences, product launches, company holiday parties and client appreciation evenings. Our Experience Team arrives in professional attire and handles everything from the first pour to the last call. Recipe Unlimited, Sequoia and Atlas Steak + Fish are among the operations that have worked with Brendon and the team.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

Whether it’s a milestone birthday, an engagement party, a retirement celebration, or a private gathering at home, The Bar Guys make the bar the easiest part of your planning process.

We work in private homes, rented event spaces, outdoor venues and community halls. Guest counts from 20 to 300. The portable bar fits through a standard doorway and sets up in under an hour, custom cocktail menus and mocktails available for every guest list.

Portable Bar Rental, Fully Staffed

Not every event needs a full package built around it, sometimes you just need the bar itself, done right. The Bar Guys portable bar arrives fully equipped, fully staffed and fully managed, not a prop you set up and figure out yourself.

Every portable bar rental includes the Experience Team, liquor purchase and delivery, and full set-up and takedown. No dry hire, no drop-off without staffing. If it doesn’t come with the right person behind it, it isn’t a bar service, it’s a liability.

He always responded immediately or within a reasonable time. The setup went quite smoothly and quickly. They made specialized drinks such as espresso martinis and hibiscus margaritas. Staff was friendly.

My only regret is that I didn’t drink MORE because I was too busy trying to make our event was running smoothly. I’d definitely hire them again for future events.

They showed up at 1:00pm to our venue and prepped the bar service. From building the bar to bringing all of the inventory. The greatest part was they took care of the special event permit. Which took so much stress off my shoulders. They made aperol spritz and French 75 for our cocktail hour. Transitioned into the evening and kept the party going. There price point is a little higher. But we weren't looking for a budget bar service. The bar guys really gave us the experience and value we were looking for. Not once I had to go to the bar. The bar lead Linden personally made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire night, brought me bottles of water and made sure I was hydrated. They kept the space clean. What I've learned is to ask questions. Brendon made me feel comfortable with the service we paid for. Pick the bar guys. They'll make sure you have a stress free event.
