A wedding bar involves more moving parts than most couples realise until they’re deep in the planning process. The Bar Guys handle every one of them.

Your package includes certified bartenders and servers from the Experience Team, every one of them holds a valid Serving It Right certification and is personally vetted by Brendon Sharma. We bring the portable bar, all equipment, ice, sodas, juices, garnishes and mixers. We handle liquor purchase and delivery so you don’t have to source alcohol separately or arrange a delivery to the venue. We set up before your guests arrive and take everything down at the end of the night.

You provide the guest list. We provide everything else.

We offer full-service packages only, no bartender-only or labour-only bookings. This ensures every wedding we take on is set up, staffed and broken down to exactly the same standard.

The BC Special Event Permit, We Walk You Through It

If your wedding venue isn’t a licensed establishment, a private property, outdoor space, or unlicensed hall, you’ll need a BC Special Event Permit to serve alcohol legally. This is one of the most common sources of stress for couples planning their own bar service.

He always responded immediately or within a reasonable time. The setup went quite smoothly and quickly. They made specialized drinks such as espresso martinis and hibiscus margaritas. Staff was friendly.

My only regret is that I didn’t drink MORE because I was too busy trying to make our event was running smoothly. I’d definitely hire them again for future events.

They showed up at 1:00pm to our venue and prepped the bar service. From building the bar to bringing all of the inventory. The greatest part was they took care of the special event permit. Which took so much stress off my shoulders. They made aperol spritz and French 75 for our cocktail hour. Transitioned into the evening and kept the party going. There price point is a little higher. But we weren't looking for a budget bar service. The bar guys really gave us the experience and value we were looking for. Not once I had to go to the bar. The bar lead Linden personally made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire night, brought me bottles of water and made sure I was hydrated. They kept the space clean. What I've learned is to ask questions. Brendon made me feel comfortable with the service we paid for. Pick the bar guys. They'll make sure you have a stress free event.
