The Bar Guys are dedicated to providing the best event staffing experience all across Vancouver and the surrounding area through our talented Experience Team. At The Bar Guys, we value your guests just as much as we value you!

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Bar Guys believe that hiring a bartender or server for your event shouldn't just be about the level of skill a company has to offer, it should be about the level of experience it is willing to provide to your valued guests. That's why we, at The Bar Guys, don't just have a roster of bartenders and servers to fill your event needs, we have an Experience Team to make your special event even more memorable!

Our Experience Team are not randomly picked from a crowd. We observe talent and character alike to ensure each bartender and server has what it takes to be complete your event experience. In fact, each bartender and server is trained on a regular basis to be able to deliver the same level of service and experience to your guests. We trust our team so much that we refer to them as Experience Partners because they are the core of The Bar Guys family.

Our Experience Team

Our Experience Team consists of bartenders and servers carefully vetted based on talent and character. We believe that having the ability and experience to bartend or serve is simply not enough. We want more than that. We want the right character to be able to truly call each of our event bartenders and servers an Experience Partner. After all, you need to have character to be able to deliver a memorable experience.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that our Experience Team can deliver the same standard of, well, experience! That's why we hold regular training sessions with all of our Experience Partners in order to deliver our special promise.

Apart from talent and character, The Bar Guys only accepts applicants aged 19 and over in order to legally and collaboratively work with our bartenders in serving alcohol. But wait, there's more! Each of our Experience Partners hold a valid Serving It Right license or equivalent to adequately serve your guests.
